What is EPS AC Unit Packaging?
Air conditioners look tough but the cooling coil fins are wafer thin aluminium and the compressor hangs on delicate mounts. A single hard drop can flatten a whole coil bank and turn a good unit into scrap. RPS EPS Insulation and Packaging builds molded EPS end caps and body pads that cradle split AC indoor units, outdoor condensers and window ACs.
The foam holds the unit firmly so it cannot slide inside the box, cushions the corners where impact first lands and gives the thin metal shell a safe buffer from the corrugated carton. The result is clean, straight coils and problem free installation for installers and customers.

EPS Bead Expansion
Raw EPS beads are pre expanded and conditioned to the density that suits the product weight.
Precision Molding and Shaping
Steam fuses the beads inside the mold, forming clean, precise protective shapes in one piece.
Quality Inspection
