How we work
PPGI or PPGL steel coils are cut, shaped and pre-treated for optimal bonding with the PU foam core.
Polyol and isocyanate components are precisely mixed and injected between the two steel sheets.

The injected PU foam cures in place, creating a rigid closed-cell core with uniform density and bond strength.
Continuous panels are cut to the exact length specified by the project requirements.
