Our Manufacturing Process

Pipe Survey and Specification

We measure pipe diameter, wall thickness and operating temperature to determine the exact PU density and section geometry required.

Mold Design and Fabrication

Custom aluminum molds are engineered to produce half-shell sections that snap together tightly around the pipe with minimal gap.

PU Chemical Mixing

Polyol and isocyanate components are precisely metered and blended to achieve the target density and closed cell content.

Injection and Curing

The reactive mix is injected into the mold where it expands and cures, forming a rigid, uniform closed cell foam structure.

Dimensional Quality Check

Each section is inspected for wall thickness, inner diameter tolerance and surface finish before proceeding.
