How we work
We measure pipe diameter, wall thickness and operating temperature to determine the exact PU density and section geometry required.
Custom aluminum molds are engineered to produce half-shell sections that snap together tightly around the pipe with minimal gap.
Polyol and isocyanate components are precisely metered and blended to achieve the target density and closed cell content.
The reactive mix is injected into the mold where it expands and cures, forming a rigid, uniform closed cell foam structure.
Each section is inspected for wall thickness, inner diameter tolerance and surface finish before proceeding.
Sample sections undergo thermal conductivity verification to confirm they meet the specified W/m·K rating.
Sections are jacketed in aluminium, PVC or FSK facing as required, then packed and delivered to site on schedule.
