What we do
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Pipe Insulation is a lightweight, rigid foam insulation made from expanded polystyrene beads. How we work
We measure the pipe OD and calculate the required wall thickness based on temperature differential and ambient conditions.
A dedicated EPS mold is engineered to produce matching half-shells that snap together around the pipe.
Raw EPS beads are pre expanded and conditioned to the density that suits the pipe insulation application.
Steam fuses the beads inside the mold, forming clean, consistent half-shell sections in one piece.
Factory applied adhesive strips or self-sealing lap edges are added for quick on-site installation.
Each batch is checked for dimensional accuracy, wall thickness consistency and bead fusion quality.
Once approved, the mold runs in volume and batches are delivered to your project site on schedule.
