Motor Lock Protection
The central motor cradle grips the body so the heavy rotating mass cannot shift inside the carton and snap its mounting studs.
What we do
A ceiling fan is a heavy motor swinging three or four long aluminium blades. Dropped, a blade bends, a shaft bends and the whole fan wobbles forever after. RPS EPS Insulation and Packaging molds the motor cradle, blade separators and top cover that make up a complete ceiling fan package.
The motor locks into a molded EPS block that absorbs road shock. The blades slide into individual EPS slots so they never rub, scratch or bend against each other. From the fan factory to a shop shelf or an online delivery, the box arrives ready to hang and balance.
Why EPS wins
The central motor cradle grips the body so the heavy rotating mass cannot shift inside the carton and snap its mounting studs.
Molded separator discs hold each blade in its own channel, keeping the leading edges straight and the finish unmarked.
EPS adds almost no weight, keeping the shipping cost of a fan box close to the weight of the fan itself.
The foam frame carries the load when cartons are stacked in shop storerooms and delivery vans.
Closed cell foam keeps humidity away from the motor windings and the blade decals during warehouse storage.
A fan that arrives with a straight shaft and true blades installs without the complaints that eat into dealer margins.
Our range
Complete motor cradle plus blade discs for 48 to 60 inch models.
Heavier wall foam for big motors and wide blades used in factories.
Compact molded frames for wall and window exhaust fans of all sizes.
Protection for the base, pole and oscillating head assembly.
Foam sleeves that keep the body and mounting bracket secure together.
Extra guarding for decorative models with glass and lighting modules.
How we work
We measure the ceiling fan closely and study its dimensions, weight and fragile zones before planning the mold geometry.
A dedicated EPS mold is engineered to match the exact profile of the ceiling fan for a snug, stable fit.
Raw EPS beads are pre expanded and conditioned to the density that suits the product weight.
Steam fuses the beads inside the mold, forming clean, precise protective shapes in one piece.
Each molded piece is checked for dimensional accuracy, bead fusion and surface finish.
Fit and drop tests confirm the cushions hold the product steady through real transit conditions.
Once approved, the mold runs in volume and batches are delivered to your line on schedule.

Local molding means fans are packed and moving without long waits on imported foam.
We match the cradle and blade geometry to your exact model and motor size.
Volume production at the mill keeps your per unit packaging cost flat.
Pre summer we build fan packaging stock so your production never waits on boxes.
Every molded piece is checked so blades settle into the same snug channel every time.
We help you pick density and layout so a full fan kit packs fast on the line.
Get started
Share your fan model with RPS EPS Insulation and Packaging and we will design a motor cradle and blade disc set that delivers every unit straight, balanced and ready to sell.
